Terms of use

The website is provided by Vaitly Limited. The Mac app is licensed to you under the terms shown in the installer and in Settings → About. Third-party models and libraries keep their own licences.

You must not use VV to capture other people’s speech without a lawful basis, to break another service’s rules, or to reverse-engineer the app in order to offer a competing hosted recogniser built from our binaries.

The software is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost text, missed deadlines, or dictation that misheard a name you never taught it.
